ORDER CANCELLETION

When you place your order through the online store www.epiplatassou.gr of the company AFOI TASSOU OE, you have the opportunity to cancel your order within the same day.

WAYS OF RETURN

The customer has the opportunity to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt at his own expense. In case they are not returned within 14 days then the company AFOI TASSOU OE may not accept any return or replacement of product.

The products you want to return should be in excellent condition, with closed packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the products, as well as for the way they are returned. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouses, so you must make sure that they are properly packaged and can not be damaged on the road. In case a product is returned in unsuitable condition then it will be returned to you.

If the reason for the return is that you received the product broken or defective, then you should take a photo of the damaged area and send us the photos by e-mail and we will contact you.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

1) The supply of goods or services the price of which depends on fluctuations in the money market which can not be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

2) The supply of goods that are manufactured according to the specifications that you have set as a consumer or clearly personalized.

3) The supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements.
